Tournament Fees
6v6 (U9 and U10) - $395 per team
8v8 (U10 playing 8v8, U11 and U12) - $450 per team
11v11 (U13 and above) - $495 per team
Act now to receive the $25.00 rapid pay discount when you apply and pay by credit card prior to March 2, 2012.

Paperwork Requirements
Each team must provide the following at tournament check-in:
- Laminated Player Card with picture for each player.
- Medical Release Form for each player (does not need to be notarized).
- (5) copies of State Association approved roster (no more than 3 guest players per team) with players uniform numbers listed on the roster.
- Permission to Travel Form (If applicable)
Check-in Procedure
Check-in will take place on Friday, April 27, from 4 pm until 10 pm, at Drakes Creek Park. Teams with Friday night games must complete check-in no later than one hour prior to their first game.
Teams must bring all the paperwork outlined in the paperwork requirements section outlined above to check-in.
